A burning passion….
Burning candles on a daily basis is as routine to me as putting on my slippers each morning. There’s something calming about a flickering candle with aromas that invoke a certain mood or bring back a flood of memories.

Life takes an unexpected turn…
Like so many, it was amidst a worldwide pandemic that I found myself “dry” out of candles (and wine for that matter). Half the world was looking for where to buy necessities and I was searching where to order a candle. Isolated from the world and my loved ones, my candle habit started to symbolize the “light in the darkness”. I was home 24/7 with two young children (let’s be honest, trying not to lose my sanity); balancing distance learning and working from home, as an Early Intervention Social Worker. During that time, I began researching the art of candle making and the seed of a homegrown business was planted.
In May 2020, a hobby that started off in my kitchen, evolved into a solid small business. I went from selling to a few friends…to an Etsy page…to being a vendor at local stores and fulfilling custom orders for showers/weddings/wholesale.
